Thoughts, 2Cor 10:4-5 (The Passion Translation), “For although we live in the natural realm, we don’t wage a military campaign employing human weapons, using manipulation to achieve our aims. Instead, our spiritual weapons are energized with divine power to effectively dismantle the defenses behind which people hide. We can demolish every deceptive fantasy that opposes God and break through every arrogant attitude that is raised up in defiance of the true knowledge of God. We capture, like prisoners of war, every thought and insist that it bow in obedience to the Anointed One.”

We have so many thoughts in a day, actually in a minute. How many of them are our own thoughts? How many are Daddy God’s? How many are just in the atmosphere? Our traditions, upbringing, culture, and attitudes teach us to believe in certain ways. Many times, those are so far from what Daddy God is doing or saying that we can’t discern the difference between our thoughts, the world’s, and Daddy God’s! That is why we must take our thoughts captive and ask Holy Spirit to help us to discern the difference.

Take some time with Daddy God, Jesus, and Holy Spirit. Ask them to help you discern the difference between your thoughts and the thoughts of the air!
