Reward, RM. 6:22-23 (The Mirror Bible), “Consider your life now; there are no outstanding debts; you owe sin nothing. A life bonded to God yields the sacred expression of His character, and completes in your experience what life was always meant to be. The reward of the law is death the gift of grace is life. The bottom line is this: sin employs you like a soldier for its cause and rewards you with death; God gifts you with the highest quality of life all wrapped up in Christ Jesus our Leader.”

Reward verses Gift!

Do we want rewards or do we want gifts? Now that seems an easy answer in light of these verses. But how many times do we want rewards for good behavior? That’s another slight twist our adversary plays against us. Daddy God rewards us with many gifts because He loves us, not because we do something to earn then.

Seek Daddy God and not rewards. You will find He will lavish you with way more than you can ever imagine!
