Authentic

Daily Vitamin

Authentic — “Keep your thoughts continually fixed on all that is authentic and real, honorable and admirable, beautiful and respectful, pure and holy, merciful and kind. And fasten your thoughts on every glorious work of God, praising Him always.” (Philippians 4:8, The Passion Translation)

In our world we have a lot of people telling us things that are far from authentic!

They try and convince us that what we see isn’t real and to believe what they are saying. Sometimes they twist it just enough to make it sound true, when in reality it’s far from being authentic — let alone real, kind, helpful, pure, or respectful.

Paul encourages us to keep our thoughts on what is pure and real!

If what you’re being told or led to believe doesn’t line up with Daddy God, Jesus and Holy Spirit’s word, then reject it!
