Build — “YAHWEH, the God of Israel, Commander of Angel Armies, says to all the exiles deported from Jerusalem to Babylon: “Build houses and settle in the land. Plant gardens and eat their produce. Get married and have children; encourage your sons and daughters to get married and raise families. Flourish in your captivity, for you must increase and not decrease.” (Jeremiah 29:4-6, The Passion Translation)

Many times in the middle of a battle, we fell like giving up! Society thinks things are so hard and questions if they ever get better. I hear the Spirit saying, ”It’s not time to give up. Just like I told those caught in captivity in Babylon, i’t time to build, plant, multiply, and make plans. For time isn’t over.”

Daddy God also told them, “work for the good of Babylon and to bless those holding you captive. For this isn’t the end!”

Let’s be reminded of Colossians 3:23, “Put your heart and soul into every activity you do, as though you are doing it for the Lord himself and not merely for others.”
