Fruit — “People are known in this same way. Out of the virtue stored in their hearts, good and upright people will produce good fruit. Likewise, out of the evil hidden in their hearts, evil ones will produce what is evil. For the overflow of what has been stored in your heart will be seen by your fruit and will be heard in your words. “What good does it do for you to say I am your Lord and Master if you don’t put into practice what I teach you?” (Luke 6:45-46, The Passion Translation)

What kind of fruit do people see coming from your life?  David was a man who had good fruit even though he had done bad things. Because he sought to please Daddy God, Jesus and Holy Spirit, he would change his actions once he realized it offended Their heart. King Saul was only after his own pleasure, not caring if he offended Them or anyone else.

Let’s not just call Jesus Lord; let’s be about doing what He has taught us!
