Say, LK. 9:16-20 (TPT), “One time, Jesus was praying in a quiet place with His disciples nearby. He went to them and asked, ‘Who do people think I am?’

“They answered, ‘Some are convinced you’re the prophet John who has returned. Others say you are Elijah, or perhaps one of the Jewish prophets brought back from the dead.’

“Jesus asked them, ‘But who do you believe that I am?’ Peter said, ‘You are the Anointed One, God’s Messiah!’”

Even after great miracles and healings,  people still didn’t understand who Christ was. The disciples really didn’t understand either. Peter had a clue but still didn’t have full understating for quite a long time.

We still have that the same problem today! It’s amazing to think about how Christ lives in us — really the whole God head lives in us! Jesus said “if you’ve seen Me you’ve seen the Father”. Daddy God, Jesus and Holy Spirit are never separated; they are always together. 

So who do you SAY Jesus is?
