Role — “Mirror God; you are His offspring. This is how: let the love of Christ be your life; remember how He abandoned Himself to us. His love is contagious, not reluctant but extravagant. Sacrificial love pleases God like the sweet aroma of worship.”

Christ had many roles in His life here in our realm. He was healer, friend, savior, provider, and comforter, just to name just a few. He did all these not because He had to, but because He wanted to. And He got to do them in love!

We are to follow Him in all these roles! Not only is Holy Spirit here to help, but Christ and Daddy God also live in and among us to help us in our many roles. Sometimes they may be overwhelming. There was a time in the garden when Jesus felt overwhelmed, yet He fulfilled the role of savior so we could live a life free from bondage!
