Daily Vitamin

Still —“Surrender your anxiety. Be still and realize that I am God. I am God above all the nations, and I am exalted throughout the whole earth. Here He stands! The Commander! The mighty Lord of Angel Armies is on our side! The God of Jacob fights for us! Pause in His Presence” (Psalms 46:10-11, The Passion Translation)

In our fast paced world being still seems to be an almost impossible thing. Yet it’s one of the ways, we can find to communicate with Daddy God, Jesus and Holy Spirit! Being still can be as simple as being quiet without any other distractions. We tend to turn on the radio when we get in the car or the tv when we walk into our homes.

Try and leave these distractions off for a little bit. You’ll begin to realize that They are speaking loud and clear!
