Union, John 15:3-4 (The Mirror Bible), “Your personal pruning and dressing already happened in our conversation; The word made flesh in My person and language is how the Father prepares and sets you up for fruit bearing. Our seamless union, you in Me and I in you, is pictured in the vine: the shoot cannot bear fruit outside of this union. In its abiding in the vine, fruit happens naturally - as with your abiding in Me.”

Our union with Christ doesn’t do away with our abiding in Him. Just like a branch separated from the vine doesn’t survive; it dries up and wethers away.

This doesn’t mean we have nothing to do. Sadly, some believe that once they become whole in Daddy God, Jesus, and Holy Spirit, that they just sit back and let Them do all the work.  But it’s a partnership. We still need to abide in Their company, trusting that They will guide us through life.

Like the branch that drinks of the rain and adjusts for the sunlight, let’s drink of Daddy God, Jesus, and Holy Spirit’s love for us and soak up Their light!
