Commandments, Deut 11:1  (The Message Bible), “So love God, your God;

guard well his rules and regulations; obey His commandments for the rest of time”

All through the Old Covenant we see the same theme as we see in the New. Love! Jesus showed us how to love, and yet we still need to be reminded. When trials come take the high road and love. When times of refreshing come continue to love. Love is the way to freedom!

In Matt 27:37-41 (MSG), “Jesus said, ‘Love the Lord your God with all your passion and prayer and intelligence.’ This is the most important, the first on any list. But there is a second to set alongside it: ‘Love others as well as you love yourself.’ These two commands are pegs; everything in God’s Law and the Prophets hangs from them.”

Let us learn to love Daddy God and all of His creation.
