Ask — “That night God appeared to Solomon. God said, “What do you want from me? Ask.” Solomon answered, “You were extravagantly generous with David my father, and now you have made me king in his place. Establish, God, the words you spoke to my father, for you’ve given me a staggering task, ruling this mob of people. Yes, give me wisdom and knowledge as I come and go among this people—for who on his own is capable of leading these, your glorious people?” (2 Chronicles 1:7-10, The Message Bible)

What if we didn’t know what Daddy God’s answer was to Solomon? It’s kinda like the question, “If you won the lottery what would you do with the money?” These type of questions take deep thought.

The questions of life take on a new meaning when we understand that we are friends of Jesus. Well, when we begin to understand what that means (yes, ‘begin’ because we will never fully know Jesus, Holy Spirit, and Daddy God).

Jesus said ask anything in my name and you will have it. (JN 14:13) Now that changes everything. We already have the Kingdom of God. What more do you want?

So what would you ask knowing you would have it?
