Opinion — “Elijah came to all the people, and said, “How long will you falter between two opinions? If the Lord is God, follow Him; but if Baal, follow him.” But the people answered him not a word” (1 Kings 18:21, New King James Version)

People today are not much different than in Elijah’s day. Most don’t even have an opinion on whether to serve Daddy God or the gods of their culture!

We need to have the same opinion that Joshua had! “If it seems wrong in your eyes to serve Yahweh, then make your decision today which gods you will worship—the gods which your ancestors worshiped in Mesopotamia or the gods which the Amorites worship in the land where you are now living—but I and my family, we will give our lives to worship and serve Yahweh!” (Joshua 24:15, The Passion Translation)

Let us be like Joshua and make a conscious decision to follow Daddy God, Jesus, and Holy Spirit — even when others in our life choose another opinion to serve the gods of our forefathers!
