Blessing — “Now, this is the goal: to live in harmony with one another and demonstrate affectionate love, sympathy, and kindness toward other believers. Let humility describe who you are as you dearly love one another. Never retaliate when someone treats you wrongly, nor insult those who insult you, but instead, respond by speaking a blessing over them—because a blessing is what God promised to give you.” (1 Peter 3:8-9, The Passion Translation)

Sometimes in life it becomes hard to speak blessings over those who have hurt us.  Peter tells us to set a goal of living in harmony and show love to those who have hurt us. I believe we are to go a step further and not only bless those who are believers but also to bless everyone. Daddy God, Jesus and Holy Spirit speak blessings over us; we also have the same opportunity.

Jesus said to love others as He loved them! There’s no better time to do this than today!
