Heirs — “And so that we would know that we are His true children, God released the Spirit of Sonship into our hearts—moving us to cry out intimately, “My Father! My true Father!” Now we’re no longer living like slaves under the law, but we enjoy being God’s very own sons and daughters! And because we’re His, we can access everything our Father has— for we are heirs because of what God has done!” (Galatians 4:6-7, The Passion Translation)

Do you think of yourself as an heir of the Kingdom of God? If not, who has told you that you aren’t? We have always been heirs of the Kingdom of God, we just didn’t know it. Jesus came and made the way clear so we could walk in true sonship. Holy Spirit came and helps us come into the fulfillment of who we are.

We are sons of Daddy God; He is our Father. Now that’s worth getting excited about! Let’s walk as true sons so others can also learn who they truly are!
