Know — “Yet all of the accomplishments that I once took credit for, I’ve now forsaken them and I regard it all as nothing compared to the delight of experiencing Jesus Christ as my Lord! To truly know Him meant letting go of everything from my past and throwing all my boasting on the garbage heap. It’s all like a pile of manure to me now, so that I may be enriched in the reality of knowing Jesus Christ and embrace Him as Lord in all of His greatness.” (Philippians 3:7-8, The Passion Translation)

A lot of times we accept what others know of Christ instead knowing Him ourselves. We allow the opinions of leaders to sway our opinions. As we get to know Christ more and more, let’s forget the things of man and truly get to know Jesus, Holy Spirit and Daddy God!

“Stop imitating the ideals and opinions of the culture around you, but be inwardly transformed by Holy Spirit through a total reformation of how you think. This will empower you to discern God’s will as you live a beautiful life, satisfying and perfect in His eyes.” (Roman’s 12:2, The Passion Translation)

Jesus made a way so that we can truly know Him! We get to walk with Him and learn from Him!
